PIR MUHAMMAD SADIQ HASHMI
Let us explore the history of great Personality whose shrine is situated in Mughal Pura Lahore at the Canal and Railway Line Crossing.
Hadrat Pir Muhammad Sadiq Hashmi was born in 1332 A.H as per 1914 AD.
The location was village Bogra, Mang Dadr Hospital, Tehsil Mahnsehra, District Abbot Abad.
The name of mother was Malik Jana and father was Moulvi Abdul Wahid. The respected father was Imam in the village Mosque.
The name of paternal grandfather was Maulana Abdul Samad and 'Pardada' was Hafiz Najib u Allah. Those were pious personalities and learned scholars.
Their profession was teaching. So many genii were their pupils.
Hadrat Pir Muhammad Sadiq Hashmi achieved his preliminary education at his village.
When he reached the eloquence age, his respected father elapsed.
Then his mother shifted and settled in Kotli Bala, Distt. Mansehra.
At that time his age was only 11. The shrines of his parents are near shrine of Hadrat Ghazi Baba.
Theer is large area in the owner ship of his parents in mountains.
He was brilliant son of Hashmi Qureshi Family.
Youth Age
He was arrived in Lahore around 1928 AD.
And he stayed in Mohalla Shah Bukhariin Baghban Pura Area. Here in Mosque Allah Din, he memorized the Holy Quran by heart.
His teacher was Hafiz 'Nabina' Sb.
Then he went through religious text knowledge from Syed Didar Ali Shah inside Delhi Darwaza. During this period, he visited different locations in Lahore. And this stay in City of Aulya, Lahore was around three years.
Because his nature was inclined towards the search of truth, he determined for Hindustan in around 1932 AD. In these days he was absorbed in divine meditations. And in this state, he visited India from one end to other end. From Lahore he reached to Mumbai, Poona, Trachna Pulley, and then Delhi to Calcutta.
This journey lasted till 1941 AD.
The Detail of Hindustan Journey
1. In Ajmer Sharif made submission to the shrine of Khawja Moeen u Din Chishti Ajmeri. There he stayed for seven years and observed forty days of Lent.
2. His Excellency stayed in Poona for four years. There is one mosque titled with his good name.
He used to recall the Hotel, where he got accommodation during the stay at Poona and used to express that the subject hotel is still alive.
3. He stayed in Mumbai for two years. He executed abstinence hardships in a Jungle near Tarachna Pulley.
This exercise was for few years.
4. His Excellency stayed in Calcutta for a while and also in Anmbala.
5. During stay at Delhi, this brilliant candidate submitted multiple shrines and enriched with God blessings.
6. He stayed in Amritsar, in Gol Masjid of Sharif Pura, and learned religious books.
7. He also visited Karnafuli in Bengal.
Return to Lahore
After retuning from Hindustan (India), his Excellency focused to Lahore. Then he proceeded to Ali Pur Syedan for search of his spiritual director. He stayed there for three days and requested for 'Bayat'.
The Amir e Millat mentioned him that blessings of his fortune are at Sialkot with Pir Muhammad Hayat Naqashbandi.
So his Excellency proceeded to Sialkot and adopted the 'Bayat' of Pir Muhammad Hayat Naqashbandi.
Then he returned to Lahore and stayed at different locations in Lahore. During the stay at Hanjar wal, the construction
of a Mosque was initiated. For few days he stayed at Baghban Pura and Singh Pura.
The Absoption in meditations of Allah JSN
The tenure of absorption is from 1941 AD to 1948 AD.
This period was accommodated in tomb (maqbra) Nawab Bahadar Khan near railway crossing (phattak) No. 7, Mughal Pura Stop.
This was period in absorption of meditation. And he stayed over there in this state around thirty years.
He used to wear only one waist cover (tehband) in extreme cold and staying in cold water of canal for hours.
In summer season, the clothing was multi coats up to fourteen to cover his body. And he used for lengthy durations, hard blankt (Gudri).
He used to stay on the higher elevation of tomb. Afterwards, in 1962, his Majesty shifted to the west bank of Canal under the tree of 'Shehtoot'. He stayed there up to war of 1965.
Afterwards he transferred to the other side of canal and stayed there up to the final day of this mortal life.
The Controvercy about Living Place
The stay place of Pir Muhammad Sadiq Hashmi RA is the cross point of Railway track crossing the canal and a metal led road along the canal.
Here he constructed a nominal room for living constructed of backed earth.
The irrigation department and railway department were curious about this place.
They initiated interrogation but they were not succeeded and this place stayed the continuous residence of Pir Muhammad Sadiq Hashmi RA.
Muhammad Sarfraz from Baghpan Pura describes the detail of this event;
The canal authorities explored the where about of this location. The 120 feet canal bank land along the canal is property of canal department. But they failed to prove something. They owned the map prepared in 1922 AD having no indication of this location as canal property.
Similarly, the railway authorities had the property map of 1928, having no indication of this location as railway property.
This was special spriitual authority of Pir Muhammad Sadiq Hahmi RA bestowed by Allah JSN. The both the departments were not able to find
any ownership proof for this location.
The 2nd Journey to Hindustan
This journey happened in year 1981.
His Excellency visited the multiple shrines in Delhi;
Hadrat Khawja Bkhtiar Kakai RA
Hadrat Syed Nazam u Din Auya Chishti RA
Hadrat Sheikh Naseer u Din Charagh Delhvi RA
Hadrat Khawja Baqi b Allah RA
He attended these personalities and achived God Blessings from there.
He submitted pray offerings to Hadrat khawja Amir Khusro RA.
His passport ID was AJ642834.
And the name entry on the Passport was Muhammad Sadiq Hashmi son of Abdul Wahid.
He approached Ajmer Sharif and stayed in the city of Khawja Moeen u Din Chishti Ajmeri RA for eight days.
He visited Ana Sagra and Tara Garh.
The Journey within Pakistan
Changa Manga: He executed abstinence hardships in this Jungle for a certain period.
This happened around 1941 after return from India.
Lahore: He remained seated on the entry and exit stairs of shrine of Hadrat Data Ganj Bakhsh multiple years.
He was used to attend the shrine of Hadrat Mian Mir RA and many other saints.
Shorkot: He attended the shrine of Hadrat Sultan Bahu RA.
Gujrat: he attended the shrine of Hadrat Shah Dula Wali.
Wazirabad: There is very interesting event regarding the stay in Wazirabad.
Here he constructed a mosque. When the mosque was completed, a person managed the name plate for Mosque and endorsed its construction to Pir Sahib by inscribing Haji Muhammad Sadiq. Pir Sb enquired that fellow; that I have not physically preceded for Hajj so far.
He replied that during his own Hajj event, he had seen you performing Hajj.
Noor Pur Shahan: Here he attended the shrine of Imam Bari Latif RA.
Chuha Saieden Shah: Here he attended the shrine of Imam Ali Haq Chishti RA.
Sehven Sharif: Here he attended the shrine of great saint Hadrat Lal Shahbaz Qalander.
Mltan: Here he attended the shrines of following great saints;
Hadrat Shah Rukn e Alam
Hadart Baha u Din Zikria Multani
Hadrat Shah Shamas Tebrez
PakPattan sharif: Here he submitted to the shrine of Great Saint Hadrat faird u Din
Masood Ganj Shakar.
Lawari Sharif Sindh: Here he visited to the shrine of Hadrat Khawja Muhammad Zaman Naqashbandi
Kasur: Here he submitted to the shrine of Hadrat Ba Ba Bulhe Shah.
karachi: here he visited the shrine of Hadrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi.
Quetta: He also visited Quetta and Ziarat in concern with multiple submissions.
The Joining to Next Life
The great personality got an accident near the Railway Phattak on his living location.
This happened 30th May 1984 morning.
He remained under cure, one day in Mayo Hospital and Nine days in General Hospital.
And on 10th June 1984 AD, 10th Ramzan ul Mubarak 1404 AH, sunday, dawn time he joined to next life.
It is interesting sum up that it was 10th of June, 10th of Ramdan ul Mubarak, Ward # 10 and Bed # 10.
The funeral prayer was leaded by Allama Ahmad Hassan, Khatib of Jamia Masjid Farooqia, Railway Colony, near Post office Mughal Pura.
The funeral prayer was offered in a large ground between dancing club and canal.
Around 10 thousand personnel attended the funeral prayers. All the disciples and obedient participated this.
Around 7 to 8 years before departure, he returned to usual life. He used to listen Qawali. He used Sherwani, Lungi and Romal (turban) on head.
He was fond of fasting and Jumma (Friday) prayer in Jammia Farooqia.
He had not appointed his disciple as Khalifa.
The funeral wash was managed by Mistri Jan Muhammad and other disciples.
Five specific persons, one day before his departure, unlocked his steel locker and counted the deposits. The deposits were around Rs. 3 64 465. And this amount was used in the construction of shrine and Mosque.
God bless his soul every day more and more till the last day.

SPIRTUAL PRESENCE OF PROPHET SAW
By the God Blessing, all the souls remain alive after physical death of the individual. The successful souls are free in their movement and travel as per wish of Allah JSN. The souls of prophets are supreme souls. And what about the dignity of soul of head of Prophets! That exists all over the universe.
