Terrorism and Islam
The Sharia is prime and supreme law in Islam.
As per sharia and hadith of Prophet SAW, the murder may be recommended for three situations only.
1. When a Muslim murders some other one.
2. When he commits 'Zina' while he is married.
3. When he refuses the Islam after accepting it or becomes 'Murtad'.
There is no sanction or provision for any Muslim to murder any other Muslim in any case or situation.
May be some one has links with infidels or hypocrites even then not allowed.
Let us review the situation under the guidance of Hadith of prophet SAW.
ADVICE FOR THE DOUBTFUL BEHAVIOR MUSLIM
This is the Hadith by Noble 'Muslim' Chapter 'Places for Prayer'.
'Hadrat Utban bin Malik RA is from companions of Prophet SAW those participated in Ghazwa Badr.
And he is linked to Ansar. he states that he approached to Prophet SAW and submitted: My eye sight is weak and I lead my tribe in prayer. In the rainy days, the water accumulates between me and them (the Mosque). And I can not approach Mosque to lead them in prayer. I wish that your great personality may step in my house and slect some place for prayer. So I can follow my prayers on the same place. Prophet SAW replied; God willing, I will come down soon.
Hadrat Utban states that next day when the sun was just rise, Prophet SAW arrived with Hadrat Abi Bakar RA. Prophet SAW sought permission to come in and I honored this. Prophet SAW took a place. And asked me to point out the place, where I wish to pray. I pointed out a corner of house. Prophet SAW offered Takbeer at that place and we joined prayer after Him. He offered two Raka and departed the prayer by Salam.
We had cooked meat dish for Him and we requested Him to stay for that. The people of locality gathered to see Him, so that there was huge gathering of people in the house.
Some one asked from the gathering; where is Malik bin Dukhshan. Some other one replied; he is hypocrite and do not loves Allah and His Prophet. Prophet SAW replied; not to claim like this; do not you consider that he has accepted the Unitarianism of Allah for the pleasure of Allah. People responded; Allah and His Prophet SAW know better.
Another person pointed out that he makes frequent visits to hypocrites and looks for their good. Prophet SAW replied; the one who admits that there is no worship worthy without Allah for the Pleasure of Allah, Allah JSN rejects the hill for that person.'
So after the acceptance of Islam by some one, there is no room to kill him if above stated situations do not occur.
So violation of Hadith of Prophet SAW and killing the Muslims without any discrimination is madness.
Prophet SAW refuses these people.
SUICIDE ATTACKERS TARGETING MUSLIMS
Let us review the status of suicide attackers those are targeting Muslims.
This is the Hadith by Noble 'Muslim' Chapter 'Governance'.
Hadrat Abu Huraira RA quotes that Prophet SAW said; the one who gets away from obedience, isolates himself from majority, he dies in ignorance. And one whom due to prejudice, in anger invites for prejudice, and gathers under prejudice flag, he dies in ignorance. And one who revolts against Ummah, and murders the virtuous and guilty people and do not cares for their faith, and do not cares for treaty to non Muslims under Muslim government, he has no relation with us, he has no relation with us.
CALL FOR 'MUBAHLA'
The Muslim Ummah is facing big grievances due to ignorant people those are making murder attacks on Muslims.
Ignorant people are making remote attacks, suicide attacks on Muslims and causing everlasting losses to Muslim families. As per above quoted Ahadith of Prophet SAW, there actions are completely against the wish of Prophet SAW. They are not heading towards heaven but heading towards hell.
If some one has doubt on this statement, I hereby call him for 'Mubahla'. We shall seek the open decision of Allah JSN. It will help the ordinary Mulim to get rid of worries and Ummah may lead peaceful life.
SPIRITUAL PRESENCE OF PROPHET SAW
By the God Blessing, all the souls remain alive after physical death of the individual. The successful souls are free in their movement and travel as per wish of Allah JSN. The souls of prophets are supreme souls. And what about the dignity of soul of head of Prophets! That exists all over the universe.
