References of Ascension:
This occurred on 27th of Rajab al Murajab, one year before immigeration. Prophet SAW was around 52 at that moment. God blessed his dearest Prophet the award that was never ever blessed before. God managed the face-to-face visit between Him and His dear Prophet Muhammad SAW. This event is recalled as Ascension of dear Prophet SAW.
This ascension was comprised of two major parts. The first part was travel from Kaaba (Masjid Al Ehram) to Mosque Aqsa. This travelling was of such a worth that Quran termed it as a visit in a part of night.
The second part was visit to heavens.
Quran narrated the first part of visit in Surah 'Bani Israel' (the descendants of Jacob). And second part of visit is described in Surah ' Al Najam' (the star).
Let us listen the ascension details from the companions of Prophet SAW. About 30 prophets' companions have narrated this splendid event.

It is narrated by Hazrat Abu Zar Ghaffari RA, stated by Prophet SAW:
That I was sleeping in my house in Mecca, their happened breach in roof. The Gabriel landed. My chest was operated and it was cleaned by water of spring ' Zam Zam' and then they took me to heavens.

SPIRITUAL PRESENCE OF PROPHET SAW
By the God Blessing, all the souls remain alive after physical death of the individual. The successful souls are free in their movement and travel as per wish of Allah JSN. The souls of prophets are supreme souls. And what about the dignity of soul of head of Prophets! That exists all over the universe.
