Ya Rasool Allah

Allah JSN address in holy Quran:

24. O you who believe, you shall respond to GOD and to the Prophet when he ‘Call you to what gives you life. You should know that GOD is closer to you than your heart, and that before Him you will be summoned. (Al-Anfal)

It is extract of this verse that a believer gets life when
1. Allah JSN and Prophet SAW call him for any matter
2. Or the believer himself calls and gets attention of Allah JSN and Prophet SAW.
It means closeness, focus and pleasant attention is life, whether
a. A follower is called upon by Allah JSN and Prophet SAW or
b. The lucky follower gets attention by the, Ya Allah, Ya Rasool Allah.
The word ‘life’ does not represent the life being availed by general public.
But the word ‘life’ here stands for meditations of Allah JSN to refresh and alive the internals of a human. The mediations of Allah JSN provide light to belief, refresh and alive to human body.
So the word ‘Ya Rasool Allah’ is life saving, releasing the man from all burdens.
Eventually it releases from the burdens of this life and burdens of day of resurrection.

Let me quote here the hadith of Prophet SAW that the call ‘Ya Rasool Allah’ will be the voice for the sake of release at the day of resurrection.

Let us refer Noble Mulsim Chapter,'Misappropriation of booty is a serious offence'.

‘It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira who said: One day the Ya Rasool Allah (may peace be upon him) stood among us (to deliver a sermon). He talked about the misappropriation of booty, and declared it to be a serious matter and a grave sin. Then he said: I shouldn't find that any of you should come on the Day of Judgment with a growling camel mounted on his neck, and should appeal to me for help saying: "Ya Rasool Allah, help me." and I should say: I have no authority to help you; I already communicated to you. I shouldn't find that any of you should come on the Day of Judgment with a bleating ewe mounted on his neck, and he should say to me: "Ya Rasool Allah, help me," and I should say: I have no authority to help you; I conveyed to you. I shouldn't find that one of you should come on the Day of Judgment with a Person crying loudly mounted on his neck, and he should say to me: "Ya Rasool Allah, help me," and I should say: I have no authority to help you; I conveyed to you. I shouldn't find that any one of you should come on the Day of Judgment with fluttering clothes wrapped round his neck and he should say to me: "Ya Rasool Allah, help me," and I should say: I have no authority to help you; I conveyed to you. I shouldn't find that any of you should come on the Day of Judgment with a heap of gold and silver placed on his neck and he should say to me: "Ya Rasool Allah, help me." and I should say: I have no authority to help you; I already conveyed to you (the warning from the Almighty). ‘

So we got the resolution from Holy Quran and Hadith that ‘Ya Rasool Allah’ is way to success in this life and at the day of resurrection.

ILLITRATES' POINT OF VIEW

The illiterates and unfortunates have refused to adopt success for their selves and try to mislead the Muslims. In the support of their deviation, they refer the verses similar to this.

12. He Call (worship) instead of GOD what possesses no power to harm him or benefit him; such is the real straying. (Al-Hajj)

In the Holy Quran, verses like this refer to infidels. The infidels those worship idols, venerate idols, prostrate in front of idols and in parallel call the idols for their help.
The word ‘Call’ used in this verse is the ‘Call’ that is radical to worship activity.
The verses like these were revealed for infidels. And application of these verses on Muslims is impudency.
Whereas the ‘Call’ Ya Rasool Allah is love Call towards Prophet SAW to get the love of Prophet SAW.

Let we refer to both the verses referred in this article so far that is
a. Verse of Surah Al Anfal
b. Verse of Surah Al Hajj
We can observe that simple Call as referred in Anfal in light of Belief.
Now if any body refers simple call, Call Ya Rasool Allah as ‘shirk’ (polytheism) then verse of Surah Al Anfal immediately rejects it.
Only the call is ‘shirk’ when it is associated with worship. And the verse of Surah Al Hajj is revealed for that.

Let us proceed to further details on the contents of verse used by illiterates for the proof of their deviation.
There are three major parts of this verse.
a. He Call (worship)
b. instead of GOD
c. what possesses no power to harm him or benefit him

Let us proceed to visualize these parts one by one:

He Call (worship)

The materialists claim that simple call is also ‘shirk’. So call Ya Rassool Allah is also ‘shirk’.
This is translation of Holy Quran that is not adopted by any educated translator right from Hadrat Shah Wali Allah Muhaddith Dehlvi (1st translator of holy Quran).

The Holy Quran emphasizes that simple ‘Call” is not shirk but a source of relief if addressed to any noble personality like Muhammad SAW.
The Call is ‘shirk’ when the caller worships to call one.

CALL IS ‘SHIRK’ (POLYTHEISM) WHEN IT IS RADICAL TO WORSHIP

This fact is clear by

1. Hadrat Ibrahim (Abraham) AS’s address in Surah Maryam (Mary), verses 48 & 49.

Verse 48: "I will abandon you and the gods you call instead of GOD.
I will worship only my Lord. By imploring my Lord alone,
I cannot go wrong."

Verse 49: Because he abandoned them and the gods they worshiped instead of GOD, we granted him Isaac and Jacob, and we made each of them a prophet.

2. There is similar address by Hadrat Ibrahim (Abraham) AS is Surah Ash-Shu’ara’, verses 72 to 75.

Verse 72: He said, "Can they hear you when you Call?

Verse 73: "Can they benefit you, or harm you?"

Verse 74: They said, "No; but we found our parents doing this."

Verse 75: He said, "Do you see these idols that you worship.”

3. There is similar address by Hadrat Musa (Moses) AS is Surah Al-Mu’min, Verse 66

Verse 66: Say "I have been enjoined from calling the idols you worship instead of Allah, when the clear revelations came to me from my Lord. I was commanded to submit to the Lord of the universe."

4. And it will be also evident on the day of resurrection that call was ‘shirk’ when it was specific to worship, please refer Surah Al Ahqaf, verse 5.

Verse 5: Who is farther astray than those who call instead of Allah idols that can never respond to them until the Day of Resurrection, and are totally unaware of their worship?

So we can perceive from the highlighted words call and worship that call is only ‘shirk’ when the caller worships the call one.

SIMPLE CALL (YA RASOOL ALLAH) IS LEGAL PROOF BY HOLY QURAN

Simple word ‘call’ has been used multiple times in the Holy Quran. And it rejects the concept devised by illiterates. Illiterates achieve this by tempering the meaning of verses.
Let us refer few verses in this respect.
1. Simple advice call is not ‘shirk’ and is part of holy Quran. Please refer Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 221.

Verse 221: …..These Call (invite) to Hell, while GOD calls (invites) to Paradise and forgiveness, as He wills. He clarifies His revelations for the people, that they may take heed.

2. Simple warning call is not ‘shirk’, let us refer in this respect ‘Call’ of Hadrat Musa (Moses) AS in Surah Al Mu’min verse 41.

Verse 41: "O my people, while I Call (invite) you to be saved, you Call (invite) me to the hellfire.”

3. Simple threatening call is not ‘shirk’, let us refer to Surah Al-Ma’arij, Verse 17 & 18.
Verse 17: It (hell) calls on those who turned away.

Verse 18: Those who hoarded and counted.
4. Simple court call is not ‘shirk’, let us refer Bani Isra’el verse 71.

Verse 71: The day will come when we call (summon) every people, together with their record. As for those who are given a record of righteousness, they will read their record and will not suffer the least injustice.

5. Finally, simple help call is not ‘shirk’ and it is part of Holy Quran. Please refer Al-Baqarah, verse 23.

Verse 23: If you have any doubt regarding what we revealed to our servant, then produce one Surah like these, and call upon your own witnesses against GOD, if you are truthful.

So we can visualize from the highlighted word ‘Call’ and need to be aware that
Advice Call in not ‘shirk’ as initiated by Allah JSN.
Warning Call is not ‘shirk’ as performed by Hadrat Moses AS.
Threatening Call is not ‘shirk’ as voiced by Hell.
Court Call is not ’shirk’ as informed by Allah JSN.
And finally help Call is not ‘shirk’ as advised by Allah JSN.

So any type of Call is legal as authenticated by Holy Quran.

So all types of calls are permitted by Holy Quran and a Muslim may perform and should perform.

DEAR PROPHET SAW EDUCATED FOR HELP CALL

It is quoted in Noble Muslim, Chapter Al-Fara'id
Number 3947: Hammam b. Munabbih reported: This is what Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) narratted to us from Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him). And he narrated many ahadith, and one was this: Allali's Messenger (may peace be upon him said: I am, according to the Book of Allah, the Exalted and Majestic, nearest to the believers of all the human beings. So whoever amongst you dies in debt or leaves behind destitute children, you should call me (for help)), for I am his guardian. And who amongst you leaves property, his inheritor is entitled to get it, whoever he is.

So as per this Hadith, if someone traps in trouble, in debt and occurs resource less then he should ‘Call’:

YA RASOOL ALLAH

Let us focus that this advice is for Medina inhabitants or for the Muslims all over the world.
Prophet SAW is guardian for all the Muslims in the world as elaborated by the following Hadith.

Number 3946: Abn Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) having said this: By Him in Whose Hand is the life of Muhammad, there is no believer on the earth with whom I am not the nearest among all the people. He who amongst you (dies) and leaves a debt, I am there to pay it, and he who amongst you (dies) leaving behind children I am there to look after them. And he who amongst You leaves behind property, that is for the inheritor whoever he is.

So every Muslim should call Ya Rasool Allah to seek help while he is in the state of trouble

SAHABA ALSO CALLED YA RASOOL ALLAH

Let us refer to book Adb ul Mufrid written by Imam Bukhari RA.

There is chapter in the book ‘what to do when the feet gets crippled’.
Hadrat Abdul Rehman bin Sa’d narrates that the foot of Hadrat Abdullah bin Umar RA crippled (paralyzed).

Some one consulted him:
‘Call him, who is most beloved to you’.

So he called: ‘Ya Muhammad’

By this call, the foot was immediately recovered. The recovery was as splendid as it was never in problem. He felt like it was tied with rope and got untied.

The fellow Hadrat Abdul Rehman Bin Sa’d who narrated this even was worker to Hadrat Abdullah bin Umar RA.

Hadrat Imam Shokani quotes in his book ‘ Tuhfa tu Zakrin’ that consulting personality to Hadart bin Umar was Hadrat Abdullah bin Abbas.

This Hadith is also quoted in the book Al Azkar of Imam Noovi.

It has been also quoted in Tabqat ul Kubra and multiple other books.

So the scholars of Islam narrated from Sahaba the Call of

YA RASOOL ALLAH

AULYA ALLAH ALSO CALLED YA RASOOL ALLAH

Ya Rasool Allah and Imam Sharf ud Din Muhammad Al Bosiri RA

Any Muslim who has got the love with Prophet Muhammad SAW is familiar with the name Imam Bosiri.
Hadrat Imam Bosiri RA wrote the well recognized Qaeeda (poetry to praise) Al Burda in the dignity of Prophet Muhammad SAW. And it provided him immortality.
Now this Qaseeda is on the lips of every Muslim who has got the love with Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Let us read from this Qaseeda.

Ya, Best of the Creature (Ya Rasool Allah), who is (help) for me.
Where I can get shelter without you in grieves and happenings.

Please observe the word ‘Ya’ in Qaseeda and seek of help from Prophet SAW.
The renowned scholar Maulana Muhammad Zikria Kandhlvi was very fond of this Qasida. He composed the magazine ‘Merits of Darood Sharif’.

He registered a sentence from Qasida Al Burda after each narration.

The sentence is:

God, flourish and bless Prophet Muhammad SAW always
You’re beloved and best of all creatures

YA Rasool Allah and Saint Hadrat Shibli RA

(Prophet SAW kissed the face of Ya Rasool Allah Caller)

Maulana Muhammad Zikria Kandhlvi RA noted in his magazine, Merits of Darood (Fazail e Darood Sharif), under the Narrative No. 24.

Allama Shokani refers this from Abu Bakar Bin Muhammad.

Abu Bakar Bin Muhammad narrates that I was in the assembly of Hadrat Abu baker bin Mujahid RA. Meanwhile Hadrat Shibli approached there. Hadrat Abu Baker Bin Mujahid stood up to receive him, embraced him and kissed his forehead.
I requested my lord: what is the reason behind the reception of Hadrat Shibli RA.
Whereas seemingly you and other scholars of Baghdad consider him mad.
He replied: I have followed the Sunnah of Prophet Muhamamd SAW.
Then he (Abu baker bin Mujahid) narrated his dream. I saw Prophet Muhammad SAW in dream. Hadrat Shibli approached to Prophet Muhamamd SAW. Hadrat Muhammad SAW stood up (to receive him) and kissed his forehead.
And on my enquiry Prophet Muhammad SAW informed me that after every prayer he recites these verses of Surah Al Taubah.

128. Verily, there has come unto you a Prophet (Muhammad) from amongst yourselves (i.e. whom you know well). It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty. He (Muhammad) is anxious over you (to be rightly guided, to repent to Allah, and beg Him to pardon and forgive your sins, in order that you may enter Paradise and be saved from the punishment of the Hell-fire), for the believers (he is) full of pity, kind, and merciful.
129. But if they turn away, say (O Muhammad): "Allah is sufficient for me. La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne

And after that he recites three times ‘Sal Allah O Alaka Ya Muhamamd (Ya Rasool Allah)’
Hadrat Abu Bakar bin Muhammad refers that after that event, I met to Hadrat Abu Bakar Shibli and asked about recitation of ‘Darood’ after prayer. And he confirmed about above mentioned ‘Darood’.
Glory with Allah, prophet SAW kissed the forehead of Ya Rasool Allah Caller.
Hadrat Abu Bakar Shibli RA is upstream in the spiritual lineage of Hadrat Syed Abdul Qadir Jilani RA.
Hadart Muhammad SAW to Hadrat Ali to Khawaja Hassan Basri to Khawja habib Ajmi to Hadrat Daood Tai to Hadrat Ma’aroof Karkhi to Hadrat Sri Saqti to Hadrat Junaid Baghdadi to Hadrat Abu Bakar Shibli to Hadart Sheikh Ali Hasri to Sheikh Abu al Fazal Muhammad Bin Hassan Khatli to Syed Ali Hajveri

YA RASOOL ALLAH AND MAULAN IMDAD U ALLAH MAHAJER MAKKI

HAJI Imdad U Allah mahajer Makki describes the procedure for the sight of prophet Muhammad SAW.
After the night prayer (Esha Prayer), purified, scented and new clothes, facing towards Medina Al Munawwara, with due respect, pray to Allah for the sight of Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Clean the heart from all the stray thinking.
And imagine the Prophet Muhammad SAW with white transparent cloths, green turban and shining face.
Then recite
a. with focusing on right Asalat o Wa Salam O Alaka Ya Rasool Allah
b. with focusing on right Asalat o Wa Salam O Alaka Ya Nabi Allah
c. with focusing on heart Asalat o Wa Salam O Alaka Ya Habib Allah
Then recite in triplet the following Darood till sleep.
‘Allah Humma Sal e Ala Muhammad Kama Amartana An Nusalli Alehe,
Allah Humma Sal e Ala Muhammad Kama Huwa Ahlo Hu,
Allah Humma Sal e Ala Muhammad Kama Tuhibbo Wa Tarda.’
And while sleeping read Surah Al Nasr twenty one times.
Face towards Qibla (Mecca) resting on right flank and recite A Salat O Wa Salam O Alaka Ya Rasool Allahon right palm. And place the Palm under the head and sleep.
Repeat this on Friday night and Saturday night. After the few submissions, the seeker will get the holy objective.

 

SPIRITUAL PRESENCE OF PROPHET SAW

By the God Blessing, all the souls remain alive after physical death of the individual. The successful souls are free in their movement and travel as per wish of Allah JSN. The souls of prophets are supreme souls. And what about the dignity of soul of head of Prophets! That exists all over the universe.
